Licensing Issue

Hello,

I have a few betheme purchases through themeforest that are assigned to sites that I:

a) Registered the theme on for testing

b) Ended up not using it on that domain

c) No longer even have WordPress up and running on.

How can I reassign these licenses to new projects I have underway? Again, I never even fully used the betheme on these sites as the client wanted something else. Hoping I can somehow reassign these.
