Prebuilt website installation returns error "cannot get domain name"

Hi

I get an error while installing a prebuilt website. Googling around I landed on another post of a user having the same problem.
I de-registered my licence and tried to register again. Now I get the error that my purchase code is already used.
I think I know what the problem is, but I need you to help me out.

When I registered the product within wordpress my website was obviously in a transition state (had just purchased hosting). So the purchase code is now linked to the temporary url of the website.

Registration (too fast) done on this url: vanspeykwheels.nl.transurl.nl
Actual website URL (as it stands now): www.vanspeykwheels.nl

Could you please release my purchase in order to be able to link it to the current (correct) url address? Thanks
