Issue with imported contact block

Hi,

There is something weird with this block:

If I edit the block which is up, then the contact block missing the styles.
I have tried to import several times the block but always get this issue.

Could you let me know if there is an issue whith this block?

As you can see, if I add a grap element to the section thats appears just above  de contact block, for some reason the contact form looks weird.

Hello,

Your server values are not crossing the minimal requirements, you
have to contact the hosting provider and ask him about increasing them
to:

1) PHP Max Input Vars value to min. 5000

2) PHP Time Limit to min 180s

After that, you should be able to provide more content into your page
