Site logo disappeared from menu

Hello, 

My site logo has refused to show for some reason. The sticky and mobile logos show but the main one just won't. 

Please advise.

Update:

Updating the Header builder plugin temporarily fixed the issue. But after a while it disappeared again. 

I still need help!

Also I've disabled the header builder plugin for now so you can properly view the issue

Can you disable all of the plugins (leave only the Muffin Header Builder enabled), clear the cache of your browser and check, if the issue still exists?
