Our Team Displays Partial Photo

We have a handful of photos that do not fully render in our staff listing pages. This is not a consistent behavior and only seems to have changed in the last few months. You can see the problem:

I've disabled all plugins and the problem remains. Thanks for any help you can offer.

These images height must be bigger than width, right now they are not enough, see, I removed the circle effect and it displays whole image.
