How to hide empty categories

Hello,

I am trying to have automatically hide empty categories in shop but everything in Google is "how to show empty categories". So I am thinking like WooCommerce is doing it by his own (hiding empty categories) but in my shop https://masokombinat.com/obchod/ you can see that there is empty categories.

Why is that?

Hello,

By empty categories, you mean a category without any product, right?

I don't think that's possible with the default wordpress - As I know that out of stock items can be hidden,but categories itself, not.
