Cannot use purchase code

Hi.

I can no longer use my purchase code. it gives an error: Registration limit exceeded. Please contact us using contact form on our Themeforest profile page:

Also when i try using http://api.muffingroup.com/licenses/

It gives me error on Wrong username or purchase code, but I am entering all info correctly
