Switching Themes

Hello, we have purchased a new Betheme license for a website. The currrent site has a theme that also uses WP Bakery/Visual composer page builder. When the theme was switched, none of the WP Bakery/Visual Composer seems to have converted correctly during the switch. Not sure if this is normal or if there is a step I am missing to make sure its converted correctly.

Hello,

You cannot convert pre-built websites between page builders.

If they are made with the Muffin Builder, then can be edited only with the Muffin Builder and it's normal with all of the page builders.
