I can't change the demo header

I tried on all ways i could think off.

Trough elemantor, into theme options from be theme at header section, wp buildery, edit page etc etc.

I really nood to change the header of my website www.kaasdoeken.nl

Changes i need to make are the image (its now a laptop ,phone invoices etc) and the text hallo there and the text join us and double blabla.. How or where can i do this?

I see that you already change most of it.

The header is a big component in the theme, you would have to be more precise on what you want to change exactly.
