Deregistration of theme

I had used theme on one of the domain. Now I am reinstalling complete website. or assuming I want to register theme how can I do it and use t on parent domain instead of subdomain ?

1. Deregister from all subdomains

2. register on the parent domain

3. register on all subdomains.
