Changed the footer memu title font size

Hi,

My footer menu title font is too big for me. I try to adjust the font size in Theme opinions- Font - Size&style, but it does't work. 

Here is my website: runyong-shoes.com, pls see the footer menu title size

You set the <h4> tags there, you can change the heading sizes in the Theme Options > Fonts > Size & Style

About the unordered list, please use this CSS code:

#Footer li{font-size:.8em !important;}
