How can I use Visual Composer for Pre-Build WebSite ?

Hello, 

I bought the BeTheme theme because it's compatible with Visual Composer which is the builder I'm used to work with. The problem is that it is impossible to work with Visual Composer when you want to work on pre-created pages.  Is this normal? If so, I would like to know if there is something you can do because I bought this theme especially to be able to work with VC and in this case I would have paid for nothing.

I tried to work with Muffin Builder so I don't feel like I paid for nothing, but the builder is absolutely not intuitive, to add text and modify it you have to do some coding, I can't even change the color of my text...

Hello,

You cannot edit the Muffin Builder pre-built websites with the WPBakery or Elementor plugins.

The way how they are building the page are very different, that's why it's not possible to edit pre-built websites in other page builders.

But, from some time, we started to releasing the pre-built websites for elementor too, you can recognize them by icon attached to them.

Ok so I will not use this theme... Is it possible to delete the license and to be refund ?

Mostly that I bought the theme for 2 websites and I will not use it for all of them...
