Importing a pre-built Betheme website is failing

Dear Support,

I would like to import "Interior 4" pre-built settings from Betheme to my WP site.

However, the process ends always with fail despite being successful with other prebuilt sites.

Let me know where I can share the wp-admin credential for your assistance.
