Cannot copy export portfolio template

Hello muffin team,

I have issue when I want to export template my portfolio, "muffin builder data processing", I read same topic discussion, you should to update wordpress, hemes and plugin, until clear cache history. but it still doesn't work. I try until three time. So, I stress don't know solution about this. what should I do ? please help

Please disable all of the plugins, clear the cache of the brower and check, if the issue still exists.
