Want To Add Products But Not Enable The Add To Cart or Online Shopping Feature

I wanted to ask if its possible to list all products but not activate the online buying process. So website visitors can see all the products but cannot buy them. Is there a way to disable the add to cart and checkout modules? something like it shows on this website - http://www.couplands.com

yes, it is possible and this option is called "Catalogue" mode. You can activate this option under Theme options > Blog, Portfolio & Shop > Shop section.
