Install Has multiple errors with "Cannot Find Domain Name" And cannot find the header plugin files

When I try to install the Clinic 4 template in BeTheme, it throws a "Cannot find Domain Name" then when I try to install all required plugins, it says that some of the plugins, like the Header Builder have broken files
