How to replicate contact page

Hello,

I am trying to upgrade this website https://www.southcoastscience.com/ to BeTheme (http://staging2.wescalestartups.com/), but struggling to understand the relationship between Elementor and WPBakery PageBuilder. I am starting on the contact page, but unsure if I should be editing elementor, etc. first. I aim to recreate some of the structure and then make it look pretty. Would appreciate some recommendations about what tool I should be using and what elementor's involvement is.

If you want to migrate the whole website, we strongly suggest to use the duplicator plugin.

About the single page in elementor:

Sadly, the WPBakery does not have included the import/export tool in plugin
