Menu scrolling function unstable

My website menu scrolling function unstable. Sometimes appear highlighted menu but sometime not.

Please disable all of the plugins, clear the cache of your browser and check, if the issue still exists.

I tried to disable all the plugins but the menu did not highlighted when I scroll to a section.
