Hello,

As I know, this is not a basic woocommerce functionality, we do not have any tools to do that.

I think, that you have to edit the woocommerce plugins files to achieve that, exactly the checkout php file.

This is not a basic woocommerce function. You cannot just change that with the basic plugin. You would have to either find a plugin that does that, or a developer that will code this information into the plugin files.
