what can I do so that the text "AGB" https://pixelway.de/projekt-shop-2/agb/ does not cover the logo?

Hello,

your header is transparent so the subheader goes under it.

Go to theme options>header&subheader>subheader and increase the top padding of the subheader.

It's an subheader title color, you can find it in:

Theme Options > Colors > Header
