How do I apply the sidebar to select pages only? I would like it to appear on all pages except the Home Page, Contact Page and About Page.

You can select the sidebar on the single page (or disable it on single page) while editing the page, see the screenshot to understand it.

Select the sidebar layout and sidebar from the dropdown.
