Fatal Error When Installing

Hello, please help.

we just purchased the theme a few days ago. I have to mention that our website was built on Betheme three years ago by our programmer who just moved to a different project. So he used his account then.

Now, we had to purchase our own Betheme from you and update the site, since hasn't been updated since was built in '07.

However, when trying to install it, it gives us 'Fatal error'. We are trying to figure what causes the issue but can't figure it out. The website was built i think as a child theme, so when we tried directly activating main theme, it broke many elements of the site... What is the issue? Is there any child theme where we can download and update our existing child theme?

Hello,

Please for now, download the package from the themeforest and connect through to your ftp.

Then, remove old betheme folder and upload the new one, also rename the betheme child to other name or download it into your pc and remove it from the server.

Then check, if the your theme started to work.

We did, but it didn't work fully. There is no fatal error but it breaks many components.

You can see the current site http://stage.travelbydart.com/ with only main theme and child theme deactivated.

Could you please help?

You are using a lot of third party plugins including minifying and caching plugins.

Please disable all of them and check, if the issue still exists.
