Hello,

Please for now, disable all of the plugins, clear the cache of your browser and check if the issue still exists.

Also, for the investigation time, please disable all of the minify/cache/optimize plugins.

About the green color, it's a "Theme Color", you can change that in the Theme Options > Colors > Content

About the colors, please use this CSS code:

.widget_categories ul, .widget_recent_entries ul li::after{
  background:red !important;
}

.widget_archive ul li::marker{color:red !important;}
