VAT is incorrectly calculated

Hi,

I have 16% VAT in my shop https://pixelway.de/projekt-shop-2/warenkorb/. With a product price of 200 euros, 16% should be 32.00 euros.

I curiously see 27.59 euros, where is my mistake?

All taxes calculation are on the woocommerce side, we did not change anything in these functionalities.
