Critical error when installing pre built website

Hi,

I've installed betheme on a fresh wordpress set up. When I'm trying to install any prebuilt website, it says:

There has been a critical error on your website. Please check your site admin email inbox for instructions.

Everything is up to date and only the theme plugins are installed.

Please advise,
Thanks!

  • Hello,
Are you sure that you have enabled only the plugins which were necessary for the pre-built website?
It's the problem usually related to plugins conflict which are not bundled with the theme.

Please provide us with your hosting environment settings, to do that please follow these steps:
    1) Go to the Wordpress > Tools > Site Health http://prntscr.com/nlyb22
    2) Click at the “Info” on the top of the page and open the “Server” tab http://prntscr.com/nlybm2
    3) Take a screenshot of the content inside that ‘Server’ tab http://prntscr.com/nlybyr
Please make sure you are using Wordpress 5.2 or later, previous versions did not have this option built in.
Please use snag.gy or pasteboard.co to host the screenshot and send us the link to it.
    Thanks
  • I got this error, and updated to Wordpress 5.5.3, when I try to install the pre-built websites, I get the critical error. below is a link to my server tab in my dashboard. https://pasteboard.co/JDOiQ80.png

  • What's the critical error? Can you send us a link to the screenshot of it?

Also, you should contact your hosting provider, to ask him about increasing the "max input vars" to 5000 and 'time limit' to 180s

After that, everything will work fine.

    thanks
