cannot update theme version
Hi,
I have a theme that was previously used on a website that I created but the owner abandoned without notifying me until the hosting and domain name were no longer available. So I was not able to deregister the BeTheme confirmation code on the website itself. I re-used the theme on a new client's website after deregistering it on the licenses page. However, now it will not allow me to update it.
After a quick search through the forum, it looks like the theme has to be deregistered on the actual site where it was originally used. That is not possible. How can I get the theme to update on my new client's site?

If you see (on our license manager) that your license key is registered on a single domain, then please disable all of the plugins and deregister that license key (through the BeTheme > Dashboard)
After that, get into the license manager once more, if the license key is still claimed - deregister it, if it’s not, register it again on your domain (through the BeTheme > Dashboard) and try to update your theme/plugins couple of times (usually it pass after 2-3 attempts) - remember, all of the plugins have to be disabled.
