first section on all pages get large padding on mobile

Hi. The first section on all my pages gets this large padding of 200px https://mullinhouse.co.za

Is there a way to reduce that for all pages

Please edit the first section of the muffin builder and remove that padding.

That would also affect the desktop version. 

I did it via css using a media query. Thank you
