Unable to deregister at https://api.muffingroup.com/licenses/

Hi,

I am able to login to my Envato account with my username: tleshore and can see that I have a purchase code which was purchased on 4/2020. However, when I go to: http://api.muffingroup.com/licenses/ and enter my Envato username and purchase code, I am getting the following error: https://imgur.com/a/ntHiutK

Could you please assist?

Are you sure that you didn't insert any blank spaces or didn't made any typos?

Also, check if you can register that license key in the dashboard.
