Error after upgrading to a higher PHP version

Hello,
I wanted to switch the website https://www.glas-und-farben.de from PHP 7.2 to PHP 7.3 or 7.4, which I did on the provider site.
Then when I clicked on one of the photos on the start page under "Glass gallery", I was not redirected to the subpage, but received the following error:
