WPBakery Backend Editor button not showing/Working

We just updated both Betheme to version (21.8.1) and also updated WPBakery to Version 6.2.0.

Right now you can edit the page in WPBakery front end with no issues (see screenshot - https://snipboard.io/geHGlL.jpg) . BUT if you want to edit in the Backend, it does not work. The buttons do not show up... All that shows is the vc coding in visual tab. 

I have tried going through WP Bakery settings and made sure pages and posts are on for admins (see screenshot - https://snipboard.io/y7IEJG.jpg). I have also made sure that the screen option is on... It does not show up when you first go into edit a page, but if i check it on, it adds a new section for WPBakery Page builder but doesn't take the coding above.. Any direction would be grateful. Thank you

Hello,

please try to switch to another theme like 'twentytwenty' and check if you get the same results.

It would be also good to disable all other plugins, maybe one of them is causing this issue.
