Unable to access my licenses from https://api.muffingroup.com/licenses/

Hi, I'm having trouble checking my registered license on this link https://api.muffingroup.com/licenses/

I got this error: Wrong username or purchase code.

Please use only purchase codes that has been used to register the theme and the username used at the time of purchase.

But i've already checked the purchase code and username many times, I also checked for minus/mayus caps problems or wrong spaces, but everything seems to be fine. Could you help me?

the API is provided by Envato so we do not check anything in our database.

Are you 100% sure that the key you provide is under the same username?

Have you changed your username meanwhile?
