removing 'move up' option for mobile devices

I have used the 'move-up' option on one of my elements in muffin builder is there a way to remove this for mobiles?

Of course, head to the Theme Options > Responsive > General, there you will be able to disable it on mobile, the "Wrap Move Up" dropdown menu, see the screen to understand:
