Hello,

Please disable all of your plugins, probably one of them is not working fine with the latest version after updating the theme and wp.

I tried to deactivate all the plugins but the issue is still there, no luck. not able to login into admin nor someone can access the site.

Can you remove your theme folder completely from the ftp and install new betheme from themeforest?

It will not remove your content, because it's all stored in the database, so if you won't touch database, then you won't lose them.

If you are worried, please make a backup through the hosting services.
