Please disable all of the plugins, clear the cache and check if the issue still exists if it works with all of the plugins disabled.

Can you apply the height of the logo in the Theme Options > Global > Logo

Also, are you using the SVG logos or the PNG only?

After removing whole your custom css code it works fine.

Please find the css code which makes that issue by removing codes one by one.
