Map z position

Looking for some help on my contact page: http://hayestimber.ca/staging/contact

Is there a way to make the google map sit below the orange line above it? I have that column moved up 90 px and it's sitting overtop of it.

Also, I'm not sure why the Join Us section that the bottom has soooo much padding. I've cleared out all the space settings in the column, container and element. Any ideas? Thanks
