it is possible that in this page: https://arting.si/prednosti/ the image is full screen and then below there is the sidebar.

Sadly, this is not possible with the BeTheme by default.

You would have to edit the theme files to achieve that, but unfortunately, we do not provide help with such theme files customizations.
