Hover over picture shows custom text

Hello!

I am currently working on a website and I want to display the portfolios I made on the home page. Is there a way that when i hover over the image, I get the title and a short information on top of the picture? Just like in the pre-build website https://themes.muffingroup.com/be/goodfood/ under the title "Diets ready for you" (those are flat boxes or something), only that as I said, when you hover over you don't see the full image, just some custom text.
