İ can not cancell my previous licence website domain

hi there 

my previous website was ajansananas.com

and i registered my licence on this domain how ever

ben have changed my mind about which domain to use my licence 

therefore now i want to use my licence for my domain ceenteknik.gq

but when i try register to licence there is message to warn me that i can not do that

couse ajansananas.com file is on how ever that is not true becouse my domain ajansananas.com and ists server doesnt excist at hosting company

could you please help me about this.
