ERR_ABORTED 404

Dear Betheme Team,

when i load the site in frontend i have an error in the chrome devtools. So the Error is this:

net::ERR_ABORTED 404

can you help me? What is the Problem?

Hello,

For now, please disable all of the plugins, clear the cache and check, if the issue still exists.

So we have testet with all Plugins deactivate. The issue is still exists. The error is:

No i have no migrate from anything. This is the main hoster

Can you reinstall betheme?

I mean, remove the betheme folder from theme directory and download the latest version from themeforest and insert the new version.

You won't lose any content, because it's stored in the database, but if you are worried about it, please make a backup with this plugin first:

we have test it. This is not help. We have delete the Betheme folder and reinstall from Themeforest.

But the same probleme is on it.

Well, it looks like the problem is not coming from the betheme then.

You should contact your hosting provider about that problem and ask him about the logs - he should give some light about source of the problem.

So i can understand this, can you tell me witch logs do you need? So you can take a quick look.

So we have take a quick look to the Logfiles. Now we have find an error. So we have set this to the webconfig an now its running well.

    <staticContent>

        <remove fileExtension=".woff" />

        <mimeMap fileExtension=".woff" mimeType="application/x-woff" />

    </staticContent>
