Custom text under related posts and posts on main blog page and other the category pages

i use grid with 2 columns layout, and i would like to know how to input custom text under title,(i dont want to get first 3/4 row from post content)

Hello,

You will not be able to display "Excerpt" on related posts as on the main blog page, this feature does not have it included in the related posts - you would have to edit it in the wordpress core files.
