Hello,

The best way will be by creating CSS code and applying it in the page css, take a look:

Also, you can create custom layout (WP Dashboard > Layouts) and create new layout, there you can select different header, skin color and much more.

Then, to select the menu, edit one of the pages and select layout from dropdown menu:
