My site in Google - Displays Muffin Group WP theme name

Hi - when I google my site the first thing that shows is my site - with the name of the predesigned template I used - How do i get rid of this?

It's SEO Description, you can change it in the Theme Options > SEO

Remember, that in google it won't change in a moment, you will have to wait couple of days.
