Agency 4 Pre-Built Website import issues

Hi, the image at the top of the home page is not showing up after importing Agency 4 Pre-Built Website. Unsure if the import is actually completing successfully. The import runs completely and says that it completing successfully, but the site shows otherwise. Suggestions?

Hi,
Please always attach a link so we can check it out. If the page is offline(localhost) then our help will be limited, you will have to contact us when the page is online. Also please make sure that the page is not under maintenance before you provide us the link.
It is always a good idea to also attach a screenshot, for that use services like snag.gy or pasteboard.co

Please select the slider from the dropdown menu while editing the page, see the screen:

If you do not see any slider there,  you can  import them without installing the pre-built website.

If you do not see this option, please make sure that revolution slider is installed and active. Also, the version of your theme must be 20.0 or more.
