Creative4 Theme Background Image

Hello,

I am attempting to set the background to the same thing as the demo. It installed white. I was able to change the global background to the tan color, but cannot get the horizontal line image to show on top. I've gone to theme options-global-uploaded image that came with theme, but it is not working. Please advise.

Yes solved, thank you. It was not a global option. I had to do it per page with the Muffin Builder Section tools.
