Sidebars & Header Builder Aren't Working

All bundled and non-bundled plugins have been updated, but we're unable to make any edits using either muffin builder or the header builder. 

Do you have any suggestions on how we can resolve this issue?

Hello,

Is your theme and wp up to date? Also, please clear your cache of the browser.

Also, if you have some caching plugins enabled (or software on hosting), please disable them.
