Full menu changes to collapsed menu even on larger screens

Whenever I resize my website, it is quick to change over to the collapsed menu with the sticky header logo. I am trying to figure out  how to keep the full menu up until it gets down to when a user may be more on a mobile device. Here is the temporary site link: http://hzp.83b.myftpupload.com/

please go to theme options> responsive > header and change the mobile breakpoint value.
