Can not Install Plugins from link Betheme bundled plugins

This is the second time when we bought Betheme and as the first time now we have the same problems:

Can not Install none of Plugins from link Betheme "Install Plugins"

we have the same white page with message:

"Sorry, you are not allowed to access this page."

we want to mention that we are able to access pre-built websites, but not premium bundled plugins,

each theme is registered with other code according to what we received from envato

-betheme version Version 21.8.4

-PHP Version

7.3.21

we have registered deregistered , disable all the plugins a.s.o. all the info found without any effect  - WE ARE NOT ABLE to download or update the plugins which are provided togehter with Betheme

how can we fix those

Please go to the Theme Options > Global > Advanced and check, if you didnt disable the theme functionalities, see screen - it should look like on the screenshot:

solved - a plugin which was deactivated but in fact still active - so we deleted it and now it is ok!
