Product Page - custom product tab content is copy/duplicate of description content

I am trying to add custom product tabs to my woocommerce products - I have tried 2 plugins that add custom product tabs and the same thing happens with each of these plugins:

WooCommerce Tab Manager paid version (currently active)
Custom Product Tabs for WooCommerce (deactivated at moment)

The content in the Description area of the product is displayed again (duplicated) in the new product tab instead of the new tab content that has been added in the product page itself.

I have a tab for "Additional Information" working correctly drawing content from weight field and any new attributes added.

The new tab I'm trying to get working is called "Downloads" and should be showing test content (for this product) "Here is some extra info in downloads".
Ideally this tab will have links to product downloads (if we can get it working correctly).
