Can't update BeTheme

Hi. I get the follwing error message when trying to update the Theme:
Update Failed: Connection lost or the server is busy. Please try again later.

Please advise. Thank you

Hello,

Can you try it now? If it won't pass, you should contact your hosting provider, because it looks like the problem is with connection on your side.

and what is the cause if it says "Briefly Unavailable.." that's what's happening on one of my other sites.

When does it happen? While updating the theme?

Can you disable all of the plugins, clear the cache and check, if the same happen?
