Is it possible to make social bar appear on right top instead of bottom?

As you can see on bottom of page there are Facebook and Linkedin social icons.

I would want them on right top of page

That page is under construction mode, I cannot check it.

But, if you want to have them on right top of the page, please enable the "Action Bar" feature, go to the Theme Options > Menu & Action Bar > Action Bar
